Karen Henriksen Antonelli has become an author of children’s books with her first book in print, “We are the same!” She feels that our children should be allowed the time to grow and be children, while we enrich their curiosity and stimulate their minds to learn. Karen grew up in a small New England town in the smallest state. She started snow skiing at the age of five and by the time she was a teenager she was an accomplished skier! Karen went to Endicott College to study Interior Design. She participated with her daughter in Equestrian Riding & Dressage, and competed on a Women’s tennis team. One of her largest interests has always been in cooking and baking. Karen married her High School sweetheart and together they raised their two children. Her greatest pleasures were the times she spent with her children at Horse competitions and at soccer fields. She has since moved to the Gulf Coast of Florida.
